BUILDING ENGINEER

We currently have an opportunity at our BALA CYNWYD, PA location for an
in-house Building Engineer to perform repairs/preventative maintenance
for our (Class A) office building. Candidate's responsibilities include
HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical and other duties that require
physical effort.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered, applicants must be knowledgeable of all construction
trade types, have a professional appearance, a valid driver's license, a
high school diploma and be CFC certified. Applicants must also have
excellent verbal and written communication skills. Two to five years
experience in a similar position required and prior experience working
within a commercial real estate environment is preferred.
